Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with CustomSharpie. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


2. Products & Customization

  • All Sharpie® markers are original products, customized with your imprint (logo, text, or design).

  • A digital mockup will be provided before production.

  • Production will only start after your written approval and payment.


3. Orders & Minimum Quantities

  • Minimum order quantity: 200 pieces (unless otherwise stated).

  • For multi-color orders: minimum 50 pieces per color.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR (€), inclusive of VAT unless specified otherwise.

  • Additional costs may apply for:

    • Extra imprint colors (+€0.14 per piece)

    • Exact color match fee (+€40 one-time setup)

  • Payment must be made in full before production begins (unless otherwise agreed).


5. Approval & Cancellation Policy

  • Once you approve the digital mockup, your order is considered final.

  • After approval and payment, cancellation, refunds, or changes are no longer possible, as the products are made to order and personalized.

  • If you wish to cancel before approving the mockup, please contact us immediately. In that case, only any design/setup costs already incurred will be charged.


6. Delivery

  • Production and delivery times will be communicated upon order confirmation.

  • Delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or force majeure are outside our responsibility.


7. Returns & Complaints

  • Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of production defects or printing errors caused by us.

  • Any claims must be reported within 7 days after delivery, with clear photos and a description of the issue.


8. Liability

  • CustomSharpie is not responsible for slight variations in color between the digital mockup and the final printed product.

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.


9. Applicable Law

  • These terms are governed by Dutch law.

  • Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
