Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with CustomSharpie. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Customization

All Sharpie® markers are original products, customized with your imprint (logo, text, or design).

A digital mockup will be provided before production.

Production will only start after your written approval and payment.
3. Orders & Minimum Quantities

Minimum order quantity: 200 pieces (unless otherwise stated).

For multi-color orders: minimum 50 pieces per color.
4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in EUR (€), inclusive of VAT unless specified otherwise.

Additional costs may apply for:

Extra imprint colors (+€0.14 per piece)
-
Exact color match fee (+€40 one-time setup)

Payment must be made in full before production begins (unless otherwise agreed).
5. Approval & Cancellation Policy

Once you approve the digital mockup, your order is considered final.

After approval and payment, cancellation, refunds, or changes are no longer possible, as the products are made to order and personalized.

If you wish to cancel before approving the mockup, please contact us immediately. In that case, only any design/setup costs already incurred will be charged.
6. Delivery

Production and delivery times will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or force majeure are outside our responsibility.
7. Returns & Complaints

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of production defects or printing errors caused by us.

Any claims must be reported within 7 days after delivery, with clear photos and a description of the issue.
8. Liability
-
CustomSharpie is not responsible for slight variations in color between the digital mockup and the final printed product.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
9. Applicable Law
-
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
-
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
