Artwork Guidelines

To ensure the best possible print quality for your personalized Sharpie® markers, please follow these artwork guidelines when submitting your logo or design.

1. File Formats

  • Preferred formats:

    • Vector files: AI, EPS, PDF (Adobe Illustrator or similar).

  • Accepted formats:

    • High-resolution PNG or JPG (minimum 300 DPI).

  • Note: Low-resolution images, screenshots, or Word/PowerPoint files are not suitable for printing.

2. Colors

  • Provide colors in Pantone (PMS) codes if exact color matching is required.

  • Exact color matching is available for a one-time fee of €40.00.

  • Without PMS codes, we will match colors as closely as possible.

3. Imprint Area

  • The imprint area depends on the Sharpie® model:

    • Fine Point: 31 × 50 mm (H × W)

    • Retractable: 31 × 38 mm (H × W)

    • Metallic: 30 × 50 mm (H × W)

    • Mini: 25 × 19 mm (horizontal) or 19 × 25 mm (vertical)

    • Twin Tip: 31 × 38 mm (H × W)

Designs must fit within these imprint dimensions.

4. Additional Imprint Colors

  • Prices include one imprint color.

  • Extra imprint colors can be added for €0.14 per piece.

5. Proof & Approval

  • A digital mockup will be sent to you for approval before production.

  • Production starts only after your written approval and payment.

  • Once approved, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

6. File Submission

  • Upload your artwork directly when requesting a quote.

  • Alternatively, send your files to info@customsharpie.eu with your order reference.
