1. Order Process

All orders are custom-made.

Production will only start after we receive your written approval of the digital mockup and payment.

Once approved, your order is considered final.
2. Production Time

Standard production time is 7-10 days after approval of the mockup (depending on order size and customization).

We will inform you of the estimated production time when confirming your order.
3. Shipping Methods

We ship with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be shown on your invoice.
4. Delivery Times

Within the EU: usually 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Outside the EU: delivery time depends on customs clearance and local postal services.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, strikes, or force majeure).
5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and order size.

Any additional duties, taxes, or customs charges outside the Netherlands are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Risk & Responsibility

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk passes to the customer.

We carefully package all items to avoid damage. In case of shipping damage, please contact us immediately with photos, so we can file a claim with the carrier.
7. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.
