Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Process

  • All orders are custom-made.

  • Production will only start after we receive your written approval of the digital mockup and payment.

  • Once approved, your order is considered final.


2. Production Time

  • Standard production time is 7-10 days after approval of the mockup (depending on order size and customization).

  • We will inform you of the estimated production time when confirming your order.


3. Shipping Methods

  • We ship with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination, and will be shown on your invoice.


4. Delivery Times

  • Within the EU: usually 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Outside the EU: delivery time depends on customs clearance and local postal services.

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, strikes, or force majeure).


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and order size.

  • Any additional duties, taxes, or customs charges outside the Netherlands are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Risk & Responsibility

  • Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk passes to the customer.

  • We carefully package all items to avoid damage. In case of shipping damage, please contact us immediately with photos, so we can file a claim with the carrier.


7. Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.
